Ecoresidential Villa Amalia in La Veleta (Torrevieja) is completed early 2017. There are currently 68 apartments and townhouses.
For June 2019, a duplication of this stunning complex is scheduled to be completed, supplemented with 14 villas.

The environmentally friendly Ecoresidential Villa Amalia complex was competed in 2017 and will be duplicated (to be completed in June 2019). Villa Amalia is a true holiday paradise. The luxury homes have a living room, two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms with floor heating, private outdoor space (balcony and/or (roof) terrace) a fully equipped kitchen, TV, climate control (both hot and cold air throughout the property) and a washing machine.
The complex features an elevator, free Wi-Fi, 3 swimming pools (1 of which is heated) a gym and a spacious parking garage.
Villa Amalia is completely fenced. The swimming pools are also protected y fences so your children can safely play outside. The complex has been built with the purpose of making optimal use of the sun, that way the houses also have maximum sunshine during winter.
